YOGAflo - suitable for all levels
Do you want to stretch, tone and strengthen - this class is for you.
The pace of the class can be gentle or more dynamic. Expect to build strength, endurance, and a strong focus. The physical practice will naturally build heat in the body and closes with a deeply nourishing relaxation. Suitable if you have a basic level of fitness with no major injuries. The class includes music.
COREflo - suitable for complete beginners
We breathe, move and relax.
This practice will promote a healthy back and good posture by linking your breath and movement to sculpt and tone the body. Leave feeling energised and empowered as we tap into your inner strength and bring a sense of calm into your day.
Each class will include:
1) Breathing to calm and de stress
2) Core strengthening exercises
3) Relaxation techniques for well-being
No yoga experience required.
