I have been practicing Yoga for 5 years now. So I was glad when a Vinyasa style yoga class started in Rugby. Vicky takes us through some wonderful flowing asanas, and builds us up to a steady state. I joined the class to improve my upper body strength, my flexibility and to have a relaxing outlet after a busy day at work.  I am really beginning to feel the benefits (particularly in terms of relaxation at the end of my working day).  I now use the breathing techniques I've learnt to wind down in bed at night and I feel stronger and more positive about my body.  Christine

 

I attended one of Vicky's taster Yogaflo sessions out of curiosity and I am now hooked on yoga and the benefits it brings to my life. In addition to feeling a difference in my physical ability the weekly classes also help to relax and restore me mentally.  As someone who also enjoys other types of exercise I find Yogaflo is unique as it really helps my mental wellbeing in addition to the physical benefits - such as improved posture.
